John is the Associate Registrar at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.  He holds a PhD in Biblical Counseling with a minor in Systematic Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  John is also a certified counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC), and he serves as a lay counselor in his local congregation.  He enjoys traveling, both overseas and across the United States, hunting, and reading a good book.  He is married to Stacey, who is also a biblical counselor.
