May 2025 Commencement Information

Graduation Commencement Ceremony at First Baptist Church of Conyers:

Friday, May 16, 2025 at 5:00 pm

Graduation Banquet at The Church on Main (formerly First Baptist Church of Snellville):

Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 6:30 pm

To avoid a $100 late fee, please submit your graduation application by November 1, 2024. The late fee applies to applications received between November 1 and February 3. No applications will be processed after FEBRUARY 3, 2025. Delivery of graduation regalia and diplomas in time for the commencement exercises is guaranteed only if applications are received by February 3, 2025.

It is the student's responsibility to apply for graduation. Students who do not attend the commencement ceremony are still required to submit a full application and pay their graduation fee for their degree to be conferred. If a student fails to apply for graduation, becomes inactive, and later returns, they fall under the jurisdiction of the policies and procedures of the catalog in effect at the time or their return.

Applying for Graduation

Log into , click on "Academics" and then "Graduation Management" to access the Online Graduation Application.

Please read the 2024 graduation information below prior to completing the online application. Along with the application for Graduation, the student must submit the appropriate graduation fee in order to graduate.

2024 Graduation Fees

Certificates (for-credit): $100.00

Bachelor: $175.00

Masters: $215.00

Doctoral: $245.00

Late Application Fee: $100.00

All Graduation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Degree Completion Requirements

Satisfactory completion of the semester hour and course distribution requirements of the degree program.
A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 for Bachelors and Masters and 3.0 for Doctoral.
Any exit exams or other assessments administered to the graduating class must be completed by the student prior to the award of his degree.

Ordering Diploma, Cap & Gown

The graduation fee includes the cost of your diploma, cap, and gown. The Graduation Application requires you to accurately provide your height and weight to ensure that your gown fits properly. Your cap and gown will be available for pick-up from the 黑料天堂 campus several days prior to graduation day. You will be given more specific times and dates as your graduation day approaches. Students who choose not to attend commencement will receive their diploma, cap, and gown in the mail within 3-to-4 weeks after commencement.

Graduation Status Tool

The “Graduation Management” link on allows you to track your graduation application process. The link displays which steps in the application process have been completed. Access this link once you have finished completing your application. The link is located under the Academics menu tab (the same link used to apply for graduation).

Student Account / Financial Aid Information

The graduate must have a zero student account balance in order to receive student account clearance for graduation. The graduate can log into their account on to check their balance and make payments as necessary. Graduation fees are non-refundable if for some reason you are unable to graduate. Payments made immediately prior to graduation must be cash or credit card only. Student account clearance is one of the final graduation clearances given by 黑料天堂. Therefore, students typically receive clearance the day they pick up their regalia.

If you received any student loans during your studies at 黑料天堂, you must complete Exit Counseling in order to receive graduation clearance from the Financial Aid office. Please visit to begin Exit Counseling.

Optional Portraits: Friday, 3:00 - 4:30pm

Rehearsal: Friday, 2:00 pm

Commencement: 5:00 pm (Graduates in their seats in the staging area at 4:30 pm sharp!)

There will be a nursery available, but reservations must be made by May 1st.

Attendance

Attendance at commencement is highly recommended for every student. The opportunity to meet classmates from various states and foreign countries is an enriching experience. A diploma cannot be received until the graduation exercises are completed. If a student has completed all the requirements for his degree program but has not graduated, a Letter of Completion may be obtained from the Registrar's office. The student must still apply and pay the graduation fee.
