Student Rights and Responsibilities

Student Rights and Responsibilities are designed to meet the 黑料天堂 mission and the needs of all 黑料天堂 students, regardless of degree level, location, or mode of delivery (online or on-campus).  Student Rights and Responsibilities are widely disseminated to the 黑料天堂 community via the catalog, the 黑料天堂 Student Handbook, and the 黑料天堂 website.
